  • Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Hazard Control

  • Occupational Health Clinic Management and Advisory Services
  • Management of Disability and Incapacity due to Ill-Health and Injuries
  • Sensitization on COIDA, ODMWA, OHSA, and MHSA
  • Workplace Incident Investigation and Reporting
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Management
  • Control of Biological, Chemical, Ergonomic, Physical, and Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace
  • Attending to Injuries on Duty (IOD) and Occupational Diseases in the Workplace
  • COIDA, ODMWA, and BOMD Claim Lodgment
  • Performing Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) on behalf of the Employer
  • Submission of Annual Reports to the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE)
  • Drafting of Codes of Practice (COPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on behalf of the Employer
  • Keeping Medical and Legal Records for Compliance as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) 85 of 1993 and Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) 29 of 1996
  • Management of Incident Investigation and Reporting
  • Employee Health and Safety files, Education and other Compliance Requirements as per the MHSA and OHSA Regulations
  • Tracking, Analyzing, and Managing Absenteeism Profiles with Monitoring Tools
  • Providing Advisory Services on the Validity of Sickness Absenteeism (Sick Leave Trend Analysis) and Incapacity Management
  • Investigating and Authenticating Sick Notes
  • Training on Absenteeism Management (Targeting Managers, Organized Labour, and Employees)
  • Training on Managing Diversity in the Workplace (Targeting Managers, Organized Labour, and Employees)
